    Content:
    The MA thesis consists of a written research paper addressing a specific problem within the field of ancient Near Eastern studies, which utilizes scholarly methods and is completed within the time period stipulated by the ASPO.
    Within the MA Ancient Near Eastern Languages and Cultures with a second discipline (45 ECTS points), the MA thesis can be of an interdisciplinary nature.

    The student will possess the ability to address a specific problem within the field of ancient Near Eastern studies using scholarly methods, and can present his/her results in an appropriate written form.
