Geolingual Studies and urban planning
22.10.2026We are happy to announce the publication of the open access paper “From Spatial to Platial Decision Support: A Methodological Digital Framework for Urban Experience” co-authored by the supertestsite consortium. The paper is part of a special issue of Urban Planning that focuses on “Citizen-Centric Urban Planning Through Participatory Sensing Data and Digital Tools” and presents a proof‑of‑concept implementation of a platial decision support system that structures diverse forms of in situ, human‑generated evidence into a planning‑oriented analytical framework. The geolingual contribution becomes particularly visible on Level 2 of the proposed framework where sense-making practices of urban experience are documented and interpreted discourse-analytically.
