Why “Ancient Cultures”?

The term “Ancient Cultures” includes worldwide human cultures and “cultural circles” from prehistory to the beginning of the middle ages. Germany has a long tradition of research in classical studies. Museums with such collections have the task of presenting objects from this era in an attractive and clear manner. Therefore, a high level of professional knowledge and understanding of museum work are necessary. Because of this, this course offers varied and broad expertise.
