New Publication: Dr. Franziska Fröhlich, "Green Eating and Ecological Risk in China"

Routledge recently has published Dr. Franziska Fröhlich's monograph "Green Eating and Ecological Risk in China: How the Authoritarian State Shapes Consumer Responsibility". Franziska Fröhlich did her doctorate at the Chair of Contemporary Chinese Studies. The book is based on her dissertation, which she successfully defended in 2022.
